December 15th: Stiff Muscles

More pain! Usually worse in the morning. My left ankle is the main culprit, but a few minutes of hobbling around it tends to loosen up.

My knuckles – the other frequent offender – can be a bit more stubborn though. When it’s bad they can make holding a mug of coffee a bit of an ordeal.
